The site is made up of two distinct parts, the first is a triangular section accessed from a residential street, Isgraig and it measures approximately 9.64m at the entrance, widenning to 17.4m and it is 23.7m deep. This area is open to the second section of the site which is rectangular in shape and measures approximately 12m wide by 40m deep.
The site slopes gently upwards from the road level with the main part of the site in an elevated position.
The site has no current planning however it did have planning for two no. detached bungalows under planning number S/34357 (LAPSED).
There is Knotweed on site, it is currently in the process of a five year treatment programme.
