Nick Christofides
Introducing Nick
When I’m not working, I’m passionate about surfing, all things guitar and I happen to be a published novelist! I’m a lover of the outdoors and spend as much time as possible with my wife and kids.
I’ve had properties on my mind ever since 1999. My career has taken me to many places over the years, from selling country houses in Northumberland and Georgian mansions in Highgate to holiday homes in Fishguard and starter homes in Northampton.
I’ve spent ten years selling houses in West Swansea, SA3 and New Homes across South and West Wales – I’ve had the chance to really get to know the area and the local property market.
Development is my area of expertise. I’ve been a land buyer for a London-based property developer, sourcing and project managing multi-million pound projects. In South and West Wales, I’m the chosen provider for development and market advice for Housing Associations, developers and landowners across the region.

Alex Carr
Introducing Alex
Born in Swansea, Alex attended Olchfa School in Sketty, before getting his Maths degree at Swansea University. During his time at University he worked in various estate agencies over the holiday periods, getting to learn the trade and gain experience alongside his degree.
For the last four years, Alex has put his Maths degree to good use and has worked in financial services. In his spare time, Alex is a keen Swans fan.

Trevor Carr
Introducing Trevor
After qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1974, Trevor began working at the District Valuers Office Inland Revenue, valuing all types of property in the Swansea Area.
In 1987, he joined Halifax Property Services and became area manager in 1991 covering Swansea and West Wales. Trevor then purchased John Francis with a partner in 1999, eventually growing to become Wales’ largest independent estate agent with 21 branches. He sold this business to Countrywide in 2015
With a wealth of experience behind him, Trevor has valued properties in the Swansea area for 40 years.
